My professional journey began 15 years ago in Hong Kong, where I served on the front lines as an IT Service Desk Analyst. In those days, I was the primary contact for users facing high-pressure technical emergencies. That experience instilled in me the ability to maintain composure, practice active listening, and deliver rapid solutions core competencies that have served as the cornerstone of my entire career.

Building on that foundation in IT and client relations, I advanced through multiple layers of management to achieve senior leadership. Over the past decade, I have guided organizations through significant transformations, optimized operational workflows, and realized that true corporate success stems from how you value and nurture your workforce.

Throughout my rise in the corporate world, I realized my true passion was fostering human potential rather than merely troubleshooting systems or tracking project metrics. I dedicated increasing time to mentoring junior talent and supporting peers transitioning into their first management roles. Witnessing them cultivate self-assurance and find their unique leadership styles was incredibly rewarding. In my current capacity as a senior executive, coaching remains my primary focus.
